(FLAG) a file for download

 This command enables you to mark a file or group of files for
 download later during your call.

 Subcommands
  (Filename) = Filename or filenames to flag or mark for download later.
               You can enter multiple filenames by using standard DOS
               wildcards or by typing multiple filenames separated with
               a SPACE " " or a semi-colon ";".
